Introduction
Copper base brazing stainless steel oil cooler, developed by a Professor from Nanjing University of Technology, is a patent product specially designed for gear box. Used in the greasing system, it can guarantee the quality of the lubricant by cooling it to suitable temperature, so as to keep the superior performance of the gear box and prolong their useful-life. Compared with shell-tube heat exchanger in traditional and plate heat exchanger gear box, the heat transfer area of plate-fin heat exchanger is larger and so the oil cooler is higher. Generally, the heat transfer coefficient of plate-fin heat exchanger is 2 and 3-4 times higher than plate heat exchanger and shell-tube heat exchanger.
